All items are made to order & designed to your specification therefore items are non refundable.

Spellings of names, colour of font etc should be double checked before check out.

If in doubt get in touch and I can confirm the order before I make your items.

In the unlikely event only faulty items will be refunded or replaced.

Postage is £4.00 within the UK with Royal Mail signed for service. You will receive a tracking number once i have posted your order. You can use this number to track your parcel.

Once i receive your order i aim to make and post out to you within 14 days (Please contact us if you need it quicker!)

Unfortunately international shipping is no longer something I can offer due to the changes with GPSR legislation at the beginning of Winter 2024.
