Postage & Returns

Shipping Policy

Once you've placed an order you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your junk mail in case your confirmation has been delivered there before contacting.

Postage is £4.00 within the UK with Royal Mail signed for service. You will receive a tracking number once i have posted your order. You can use this number to track your parcel.

Once i receive your order i aim to make and post out to you within 14 days (Please contact us if you need it quicker!)

Unfortunately international shipping is no longer something I can offer due to the changes with GPSR legislation at the beginning of Winter 20024.

Do you live locally? I am in North Swindon. Collect direct from me and save on postage. Click the option when you check out.

Return & Exchange Policy

All items are made to order & designed to your specification therefore items are non refundable.

Spellings of names, colour of font etc should be double checked before check out.

If in doubt get in touch and I can confirm the order before I make your items

In the unlikely event only faulty items will be refunded or replaced.
